Coverage is effective from the day the binding promise to purchase becomes final and lasts for a period of twelve months from the date of closing.
Should you have any questions or concerns, such as a neighbourhood disturbance issue or a hidden defect, you will have access to legal assistance phone services provided by a member of the Barreau du Québec who specializes in real estate transactions.
